Rugged Caps are made of Polyethylene terephthalateglycol or (PETG). This Thermoplastic is strong, impact-resistant, and can withstand high pressures. PETG is also temperature, weather and chemical resistant making it perfect for our valve stem caps.

Rugged Caps are 3D printed using high quality printers. We find that we can fine tune manufacturing processes to provide durable, high quality products fully in house.

Rugged Caps have a patent pending magnetic core that allows the caps to be adhered to surrounding metallic surfaces. We find this reduces loss dramatically when removed from the valve stem. Whether on the trail or road, you'll always know where they are.
